A form in your fund's image. The application goes into analysis as soon as it is sent.
Every application analyzed in depth, with no volume limit.
As soon as it is submitted, each application is read, supplemented with web research and scored against your thesis. Pipeline, committee, portfolio, contacts, tasks, calendar, messaging and North AI come together in one tool.

Which deals score above 75?
Two applications score above 75: Halde Robotics (82), already shortlisted, and Corvel Bio (77), in review. Shall I open them side by side?
Hundreds of applications arrive and Northsystems analyzes every one. The film follows a single application, Halde Robotics: its 18-page deck read in full, 31 web sources consulted and 4 competitors identified, a score of 82 out of 100 on the fund's grid, the memo written, the move to due diligence, the committee vote, then entry into the portfolio. North AI then prepares the first meeting. All the modules are brought together in one tool.
An analyst skims a deck. A standard scoring tool applies a generic grid. Northsystems investigates the application end to end: documents read in full, research on the company, its founders, its market and its competitors, deck figures cross-checked, scoring on your thesis, then a memo ready for the committee.

Study the warehouse robotics market in Europe and its main players.
The European warehouse robotics market is growing mostly thanks to mid-size warehouses, which are still very little automated [1] [3]. Four manufacturers share most of the deployments, and two of them raised funding this year, including a German competitor already installed at large logistics providers [2] [4]. For Halde Robotics, everything will come down to the cost of deployment per site. I can attach these sources to the application.
Show the fintech applications scoring above 70 received this month.
Three fintech applications received this month score above 70. Ledgerwise comes first with 81: a team that has already sold a comparable solution to regional banks. Kavo Pay (76) and Trellis Finance (72) follow, both still at the pilot stage. Shall I add them to your review queue?
Make me a chart of applications received by month and by sector.
Here are the applications received from April to September, by sector. Climate has tripled over the period, from 4 to 12 applications a month, and robotics is close behind with 11 in September. Fintech remains stable, at around 8 a month. I can pin this chart to the team's home page.
Compare Halde Robotics and Kestrel Labs criterion by criterion.
Halde Robotics comes out ahead on three of the four criteria: team (86 against 70), traction (74 against 52) and fit with your thesis (90 against 75). Kestrel Labs takes the lead on market (88 against 78), which is larger but younger. Of the two, Halde Robotics is currently the more advanced application.
Draft the investment memo for Halde Robotics.
Order-picking robots for mid-sized warehouses. Two founders from the industry, three paid pilots, two of which became annual contracts.
The Halde Robotics memo is ready and attached to the application. It covers the summary, two strengths and two points to watch, including the gross margin that the deck does not detail. I have added the questions to put to the team and the 31 sources cited. Shall I share it with the committee?
Have we already seen Arvo Pay?
Yes, twice. Arvo Pay applied in March 2025 and the application was turned down because traction was too weak. You then met its founder, Pieter de Vries, at a trade show in November. The new application from September is scored 58, with traction that has tripled since. Shall I link these three moments to the current application?
Move Halde Robotics to due diligence.
Done: Halde Robotics has moved from Shortlist to Due diligence. I have notified Camille Roux, who follows the application, and the deal history keeps a record of the change. Shall I assign the first checks across the team?
Open the committee vote on Halde Robotics.
The vote is open to the four partners. Camille Roux, Thomas Meyer and Léa Bernard voted in favor, and Anton Kovac abstained: the majority is secured. I have recorded the decision on the application, with the detail of each vote.
What moved this week?
A busy week: 47 applications analyzed, 3 of them above 80. Two deals entered due diligence, and Calder Freight triggered a cash alert. I suggest starting with Tavelle Systems and Halde Robotics, the two highest-rated applications.
Split the Halde Robotics due diligence across the team.
I have created three tasks for Friday. Camille Roux checks the cap table, Thomas Meyer calls two pilot customers and Léa Bernard reviews the financial model. Each person has been notified, and the tasks are linked to the Halde Robotics application.
Set the committee for Thursday at 10 a.m. with the partners.
The four partners are free on Thursday at 10 a.m. Tuesday was already taken. I have created the investment committee for one hour, attached the Halde Robotics memo and sent the invitation to each of them.
Prepare my meeting tomorrow with Jonas Weber.
Corvel Bio, a biotech in Berlin, scored 77, under review.
A hospital partnership announced last month.
Regulatory timeline, planned hires, use of funds.
Here is your brief for tomorrow. Corvel Bio is a Berlin biotech scored 77, in review with you, and it has announced a hospital partnership since your last conversation with Jonas Weber. I suggest digging into the regulatory timeline, planned hires and the use of funds. The brief is attached to the event.
Ask the portfolio companies that are late for their quarterly figures.
Hello, could you fill in your quarterly metrics from the link below? It takes five minutes.
Fill in my metricsThree portfolio companies have not sent their quarterly figures: Norrin Systems, Orvane Health and Calder Freight. I have prepared a short request for each, with a secure link that takes five minutes to fill in. Nothing has been sent yet. Shall I send them?
Which portfolio companies have less than 12 months of cash?
Only one portfolio company falls below your 12-month threshold: Calder Freight, with 7 months of cash. Norrin Systems (26 months) and Orvane Health (18 months) have room to spare. Shall I prepare a call with Calder Freight's founder to discuss its next round?
Who can introduce us to Jonas Weber?
You talk often with Hélène Faure, and she knows Jonas Weber directly: that is the shortest path to him. Shall I prepare an introduction request for her, with two lines on Corvel Bio and the reason for your interest?

An application contains the most sensitive things a startup has. Northsystems analyzes it with AI models configured for zero data retention: nothing stays with the provider after the analysis, and nothing is used to train a model.
Neither your applications, nor your analyses, nor your exchanges with North AI are used to train an AI model, whether ours or a provider's.
The models process your documents without keeping them. Once the analysis is returned, nothing remains with the provider.
